DBT - Deep Breaths Technique

Try taking deep breaths before reacting to various situations/experiences


For instance, while thinking of a negative memory - - - before you react to it in your usual anger/abhorrence/etc. - - - why not try doing DBT


You can change your self, your thinkings, your actions - for the better
