Meditation is not only done by sitting down

There is also stopping meditation
Stop for a moment
Stop what you are doing and quietly focus on the moment
Be in the now
Meditate on the things around you
Sense the comforting air, gleam the Beauty of the sunset, smell the lovely flowers and plants, listen to the sweet singings of the birds,
gaze at the wonderful blue sky, feel the joy of being alive, and more
You are then seeing and feeling what you had not seen and felt before
You feel and experience the Beauties, the Joys, the Wonders, the Love of Life - of GOD
For GOD is the Life, the Beauty, the Joy, the Wonder
Your experience of love is your experience of GOD
For GOD is LOVE
Meditate and you become Aware of the NOW
Meditate and you are Being in the NOW
This is the state of true wakefulness - where you are aware of GOD's Perfection, Glory, Bliss, Infiniteness,
Freedom - in the present moment - in the NOW
Meditate often and experience GOD more and more in your life
Breathing is another way to to experience life
Breathe slowly, breathe deeply, breathe fully
Breathe the Love, the Joys, the Energies, the Light of Life -
of GOD
- all around you
