Several years ago I had read parts of Elizabeth Clare Prophet's book: St. Germain's Prophecy for the New Millenium wherein He told about the coming to Earth of Special Souls who have never incarnated here before
They have no negative karma and will incarnate in South America. They can do so much to help us once again enter a Golden-Age Culture
They will set an example to all of what it means to Excel
